Darling River Meats

Contrast Electrics P/L was awarded the contract for the engineering design, manufacturing and installation of a fully automated control system and electrical hardware for the complete plant cooling system for the newly constructed small Stock Abattoirs in Bourke NSW, This project presented several challenges as the location of the site was in a remote part of Australia with little to no local assistance with materials or labour.

All major components for this project were manufactured at Contrast Electrics P/L workshop in Laverton Nth and freighted to site. The most confronting challenge was the extreme weather with weeks on end over 40 Deg C and constant desert dust storms, despite the challenges presented on site Contrast Electrics Delivered the system on time and to the complete satisfaction of the Customer.
